OUTLINE

*God is accomplishing his [good plans]. (v. 1-4)

*Those who stand in his way will [lose].  (v. 5-14)

*Those who join with Him will [win] 
 but they must follow his [directions]. (v. 15-16)
 

*Just War Theory = Wars are immoral unless they are done
  1) by the proper authorities, 2) as a last resort,
  3) with the right methods, 4) with a right spirit,
  and 5) for the right goal.
